The Overwatch team had been sitting on Brigitte for quite some time. Soon, she’ll be joining the live cast on March 20, in just a few short days. This behind the scenes video shows us the design work that went into Brigitte and her two launch skins. heroesneverdie wrote a new post, Overwatch pros react to xQc’s release from Dallas Fuel, on the site GoGame.com 6 years, 8 months ago
Since the beginning of the Overwatch League, former Dallas Fuel tank player Felix “xQc” Lengyel has been at the center of controversy. While the responses covered a variety of personal feeling and details, the majority of Overwatch League professionals that said something about Lengyel’s departure were simply sad to see a fellow Overwatch pro leave. I wish we could have seen more of xQc’s exceptional tank play without all the drama and controversy that went along with it. Danteh, Babybay; allows

heroesneverdie wrote a new post, It’s not easy being a Shanghai Dragons fan, on the site GoGame.com 6 years, 8 months ago
The Shanghai Dragons have just recently entered stage two, and they’ve already run into multiple spots of bad luck. — London Spitfire (@Spitfire) February 2, 2018We second this statement from @Spitfire . Finally, the Shanghai Dragon’s coach stepped down. All of the above has been wildly unfortunate, and its tough to be a Dragons fan. It’s hard to be a fan of the Shanghai Dragons at the moment, but if things are going to turn around, now seems like the best opportunity for some real changes.

Félix “xQc” Lengyel has agreed to mutually part ways with the Dallas Fuel after several weeks of controversy and two Overwatch League official rulings. “Ultimately, it was in the best interest of our organization and Félix to part ways before the expiration of his contract. “Our focus is to field a roster with players that are available to help the Dallas Fuel succeed now and in the future,” Rufail said. Lengyel was punished by both the League and the Fuel as a result, and was suspended for four

Brigitte, the latest Overwatch support, is currently on the PTR… Don’t worry—we just got the first sneak peek at one of her legendary skins, and it makes the already awesome Brigitte even radder. ️Brigitte’s ENGINEER skin will be available soon on the PTR. Brigitte taking after Reinhardt is inspiring, but it’s good to see that she also remembers her engineering heritage with this legendary skin. Brigitte should have one more legendary skin at launch, and there’s a lot of potential for some goo

heroesneverdie wrote a new post, First impressions: we played Brigitte on the PTR, on the site GoGame.com 6 years, 9 months ago
Brigitte Lindholm is Overwatch’s newest support character, with a pretty hefty dose of tank thrown in. Of course, it’s worth noting that the PTR isn’t the most competitive and high-level testing environment, and Brigitte may see nerfs or buffs before she goes live. As always, Blizzard has nailed the animation and voice acting—auto-attacking as Brigitte feels really good, which is necessary for a character who is going to be on the front lines. Add in the faster movement and Brigitte can likely u

The Seoul Dynasty, who finished fifth in the Overwatch League’s first stage, has made its first roster move of the 2018 Overwatch League season by signing Korean support player Heo “Gambler” Jin-Woo, the team announced on Monday morning. Heo is known for his strong support play particularly on Mercy — a hole in the Dynasty roster that hurt them at the tail end of Stage One. According to the team’s coach, Baek Kwang-jin, this addition fixes exactly the issues that the team had in the first stage.

A new teaser from the official Overwatch Twitter account was released, showing us a Declassified Report from the days of Overwatch. The only new piece of information is the name Emre Sarioglu. A Private First Class who served under Overwatch could be a new Hero, and it’s almost time for 27 to show themselves. We don’t know who he is. We don’t know that this guy is Emre, and we don’t know that Emre is Hero 27… but this is a very interesting hint, especially because a similar Declassified teaser

Teams like the London Spitfire and New York Excelsior occupy most people’s conversations about the Overwatch League, but those likely aren’t the teams that are most excited for the start of the new stage. To find those teams, you have to look a little lower in the standings. For most of these teams, the road to competitiveness in the Overwatch League will begin with some significant roster changes, in hopes of adding some of the key pieces their rosters were missing.
