Todd Howard officially announced The Elder Scrolls VI following a big blowout for Fallout 76 and announcing the first next-gen game yet, Starfield, a heavily rumored sci-fi game from Bethesda Game Studios. The Elder Scrolls VI will not release until AFTER Starfield meaning it’s definitely a next-gen game and you won’t see it for probably 3 – 5 years minimum

Bethesda today at their E3 show, revealed a new Doom title, DOOM Eternal. No release date was given but we got a nice teaser trailer. Unlike its predecessor Doom 3, DOOM 2016 went back to its fast-paced over-the-top shooting roots and garnered praise from both gamers and critics. Last month, Bethesda’s sequel to the 2011 shooter Rage got leaked thanks to Walmart. That definitely didn’t stop Bethesda from embracing it and playing into it with their marketing. After hyping it up for several weeks, Bethesda opened their E3 show with Rage 2. We really can’t do much to describe it, the game looks ridiculous and lots of fun. Polish development studio CD Projekt RED hijacked the conference at the last minute with a flashy hacking scene and showed the world a look at their highly anticipated new role-playing-game Cyberpunk 2077. While being an audio-visual treat, Projekt CD RED made sure to let viewers know that the trailer is in-engine footage but not in-game.
