A certain Mr. Taika Waititi, though, has thrown us all a speculation-shaped bone, hinting that we’ll find out more about Baby Yoda’s origins in an upcoming episode of The Mandalorian. Waititi, who directed The Mandalorian season 1 finale and also starred as assassin/nurse droid IG-11, told The New York Times’ Kyle Buchanan overnight at the Golden Globes, “He’s not named Baby Yoda!” I also asked Taika about Baby Yoda, since he directed the MANDALORIAN finale. “He’s not named Baby Yoda!” “January

Intel has unveiled the next tiny PC in its NUC line. The Intel NUC 9 Extreme Kit, or Ghost Canyon NUC, was announced at CES and sounds like a significant upgrade over its predecessor. It’s a little bit larger than the router-sized NUC 8, but it’s still ridiculously small for a gaming PC. One of the biggest differences between Ghost Canyon and its predecessor is that you’re not limited by what you get in the box. Normally you need to add your own storage and RAM, so it seems likely that will also

CES 2020, the world’s largest consumer technology show, is upon us and you’ll want to tune in to Sony’s keynote in case the Japanese company drops any PS5 news. Head here to the Sony CES page to watch the conference live or after the event. No word yet on whether or not PS5 will be getting any air time during CES 2020, but it’s not an impossibility. Perhaps

But that’s not stopping Lenovo from trying, because the company just announced a thin and light ‘gaming’ laptop designed to be used with an external GPU. Lenovo is showing off the Legion Y740S at CES 2020, the company’s “thinnest and lightest gaming laptop yet.” However, it only offers Intel HD graphics, so I’m not quite sure it qualifies as a gaming laptop. In order to play more than just Minecraft and Fortnite, you’re going to need the Lenovo BoostStation GPU enclosure, which costs an addition

Nintendo will soon start production on a new Nintendo Switch model which will release this summer, according to a report from DigiTimes . As such, it’s possible that the updated model DigiTimes is now reporting is in fact the rumored high-end model which was never confirmed, let alone seen. So at best, a Switch Pro might offer smoother frame rates and shorter load times for existing Switch games, p

Rumors that a new Nintendo Switch is on the way have been circulating for a while now, suggesting Nintendo is planning to release an updated version of the Switch (maybe a Switch Pro) in the future. But according to a report by Taiwan newspaper DigiTimes, mass production on this new Switch will begin much earlier than we expected. The report claims production will start “at the end of first-quarter 2020”- with the console itself releasing in mid-2020. Last year, a Wall Street Journal report sugg

It was supposed to be just a one-off build, but Origin PC has decided to build the Big O for the masses. What’s available to buy is a little bit different than the celebratory build Origin PC showed off a few months. Part of the reason Origin PC opted for this particular chassis is because of its dual chamber design. “Play, stream, or record your console gameplay with the PC and capture card inside Big O. With the power of PC and console cross-play, you can even play with a friend locally using
