On November 11, 2013, Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Mindray Medical International Limited (“Mindray”), entered into a settlement agreement related to an ordinary course commercial dispute with an OEM manufacturing customer, Beckman Coulter Inc.
